Erin Carr started out as a trauma ER nurse with a dream of being able to help make a difference in someone’s life. As an ER nurse, she learned the importance of treating patients holistically, and seeing firsthand that walking into each patients room with a smile and providing the patient her undivided attention allowed the patients to have a trusting experience. As a provider, Erin moved to practice at a level 1 trauma center as a nocturnist and would help admit and maintain care of patients that were staying in the hospital.
Erin’s love for the ER continued, as she took a position at an Urgent care, which helped her transition into running a clinic automatously as a single provider. This clinic was ran as an urgent care, occupational health, and family medicine clinic that saw anywhere from 10-30 patients a day. Erin’s love for telemedicine/telehealth lead her to joining Artius, along with the care of using the holistic approach and helping patients maintain their health.
Erin is a mom of two and married to her husband Kyle. When Erin is not working, she enjoys traveling with and spending time with her family, hiking, being outside, baking/cooking, and exploring new things.
